Task - Create a Web Application
For this task you will be supplied with data in the form of an excel sheet. Here is what we are looking for:
Web Application (WA) must be hosted so we can access it
WA must have authentication (1 username and password) which you can share with us to log it
WA must have a form which we can use to answer the questions in the excel sheet on the front end, these questions should have multichoice answers the same as the spread sheet
Once questions have been filled in data must be stored in some backend database and WA should produce some output of graphs or widgets to display this data
Added bonus if possible, we would also like to be able to edit the information entered in the form and regenerate the report/graph widgets
