Build a Small Website for me

The website needs to have 3-5 pages, with a good UI. The website should be developed in such a way that it can handled huge traffic (approx 3 -4 hits per second). There is no need to add admin or user login feature right now. The website would be used for small scale news and advertisement purposes. Also, support would be required for a short period.
