Build Responsive SquareSpace Site with a Survey, Checklist Output, and User Profile Functionality
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am creating a site that will help people sort through all the large amount of tasks that they need to take care of after someone dies. A large part of this process will be a survey users will fill out with details about the death they are dealing with. While taking the survey, users will be presented with additional information and useful resources to help educate them on what they need to do. When a user selects a path where they have identified a need for a specific service, they will be presented with vendors that can offer that service. After users are done taking the survey, they will be presented with a checklist of things to do based on their situation.
My proof of concept is here: www(.)afteratlas(.)com
I have created a survey using Typeform where I collect information about a person's situation. After a person fills out this Typeform, I am able to collect their answers and put them into an Excel template where I am able to output a checklist of things they need to do unique to their situation. I do not want to have to manually create a checklist in Excel for users and Typeform has some other limitations.
Here is what I'm looking for:
When a user goes through the survey process, they automatically are shown their checklist based on their results. I do not want to manually send these out.
A user is able to edit their responses to the survey or come back and complete more sections/questions at a later time. I imagine this will require setting up some sort of user profile mechanism.
I want an interface where I am easily able to edit/input additional questions/response options into the survey and it will be reflected on the live site. I want future updates to the survey to be easily manageable by myself.
During the survey there are terms that I define, instead of defining them in the body of the survey, I'd like to be able to hover over key terms to get more info.
When taking the survey, any links you click open a new tab.
I'd like the site to be able to host original content/articles eventually, so having a foundation created for me to add original content/articles in the future would be helpful.
When a user gets to a point in the survey where they are presented with a link for potential businesses that could help them, I am currently showing a Yelp link based on the service they are looking for + the zip code they entered. I would instead like a system where I had the ability to show 1-5 recommended vendors that I would load in there. In situations where I do not have vendor recommendations, I would like it to default to showing users a Yelp link similar to what I have today. There is some sort of backend vendor management/ranking system that needs to be created.
I'd like this service to be the Turbo Tax for death. If my survey process felt like that, it would be a win.
I'd like this done within a month.
PLEASE PROVIDE EXAMPLES OF PAST WORK. :)
