Build an HTML application with QuickBooks integration

I need HTML web pages developed that will retrieve information from various tables (SQL being the most obvious format) populated from QuickBooks data, allow for data capture to the website tables and ultimately provide reports using the data and import into QuickBooks invoices and purchase orders. I've attached an Excel file with the basic work flows as well as a pdf file with with the purchase order basics and the QuickBooks field limitations which will have to be adhered to in order to ultimately populate QuickBooks with invoices and purchase orders.
