Build Banking/Investment Website

I am searching for a full-stack web developer to build a "banking/investment" website.
Goal: Website will allow customers to sign up, fill out a bunch of questions, submit documentation(photo ID) and sign agreements(terms and conditions), and deposit monies via ACH payment(stripe API). Users should be able to sign in and access investment account information that will be updated in real-time. There should also be a back end portal as well.
