Budget DIY Day-Trading Setup Build

Im doing a savings challenge, to see how cheaply I can build a trading setup. Need to build a DIY daytrading/swing trading arrangement. Multi screen, where i can have tabs moved to each one (unsure if that is possible, or necessary;exploring here), or just each its own program/website running. Needs to respond/react relatively quickly; needs to be cheap, as it will be in support of the challenge (like, a $100 to $10000 in 6 months competition, starting with $1k or so to build [higher cost for build is prob necessary]). Will be tacked/strapped/inserted into plywood foe back support of screens, so nothing fancy there. I think you get the picture. Give me list of parts to build a working system. Note: i cannot tolerate garbage datamining systems like goo.gle and fb. F*ck their unwanted surveillance. Want a clean system free of their garbage; a clean windows system, so you may have to send me an alrwady set up, installed tower, then with instructions for screen and cable purchases. Maybe a very simple blueprint for placement/holes/slots to put in wood, which the wood folds up and attaches to top of camper ceiling. Internet will be from dedicated mobile device or some sort, maybe at&t. Also, for security, and because dukdukgo, to.r, etc. May not be enough to give me the piece of mind needed to not be tracked with ads cookies and the stuff that keeps me up at night, a very small server with firewall might be needed, pwrhaps with a solid vpn. Im new to this, so unsure if we need to go that far.
