Beautify web pages of a php/html based application.

I am developing a server based application for documentation purpose. The application is php, html, css based. I am looking for someone who will be able to beautify the application web pages and make it look more professional. CSS, Bootstrap, JS etc. can be used to make it look and interact better.

The job is fairly easy and I am looking for someone to complete it within a day.
