Automation Associate for Élix Sanctuary – Donation System + Emotional Deliveries (Ko-fi / Patreon / BuyMeACoffee)

We are building Élix Sanctuary™ — a creative emotional system where every donation activates a symbolic experience called a Whisper™ (audio, letter & digital altar).
We’re looking for an Automation Associate (Custodian of Resonance) to help us create and manage a 3-platform donation structure that runs mostly on autopilot.

Main Responsibilities
• Configure and synchronize Ko-fi, Patreon, and Buy Me a Coffee.
• Automate delivery of digital assets (audio + letter + QR) using Zapier / Notion / Google Sheets.
• Track donations, update a weekly “Impact Log,” and send simple reports.
• Maintain consistency with Élix’s emotional tone (templates and visuals will be provided).
• Gradually scale the donation structure with minimal supervision.
