Automated Word Document Generation & Reconciliation

I'm in need of a skilled professional who can help develop a system that automatically generates a Word document from a predefined template.
Key Requirements:
- The Word document will be populated with mixed data (both text and numbers) sourced from my MySQL database.
- The system should also reconcile changes made in the Word document back to the table in the database.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in MySQL and experience with database management.
- Strong skills in Word document automation.
- Experience with data reconciliation tasks.
