- Clients: Each client will have private access through a unique and personal login.
- Administrator: The administrator will have full access to all the information and functionalities of the application, including the management of customer databases.
Features:
Login:
- Implement a secure login system for each client.
- Create a separate login system for the administrator with the highest privileges.
User Management:
- The administrator must be able to create, edit and delete client users.
- The administrator must be able to reset passwords for client users.
Databases:
- Implement a general database to store information common to all clients.
- Implement an individual database for each client, accessible only by the corresponding client and the administrator.
- Ensure the confidentiality and isolation of each client's data.
Access to information:
- Clients should only be able to see the data that the administrator enters into the platform for them and edit only some fields selected by the administrator.
- The administrator must have full access to all information, including individual customer databases.
Interface:
- The application must be seamlessly integrated into the existing web domain.
- Access to the application must be done through a "Login" button on the landing page.
- The interface must be intuitive and easy to use, both for clients and for the administrator. (A frontend design document will be provided later)
- The implementation of a responsive design must be taken into account so that the application adapts correctly to different devices (mobile phones, tablets, etc.).
