App Landing page built on next js platform

I'm looking for an experienced developer to build a landing page for my app on the Next.js platform. On the landline page, after clicking on Google play store app link, user should navigate to a Google Play Store replica page where they can download the app. If they click on iOS app link, they will be redirected to the Apple app store.

I also need a CMS from where I can make the changes on the Google play store replica page like updating screenshots, videos, Reviews, App details, etc.

WordPress pages are already created, we're just keeping WordPress as a content management system for SEO purpose.

I have a specific design made on figma (link at the bottom) to make sure the page looks professional and visually appealing.

I will also need Project timeline, Website architecture diagram, User Journey Map from the Developer with complete documentation, KT and work product.

Additionally, it is important to me that this landing page be mobile responsive so that it looks great on all devices. Lastly, I am open to suggestions on other features that could further boost the user experience.
