Annual PayPal Subscription API Integration

I'm in need of a skilled developer to setup a PayPal API which handles an annual subscription service in accordance with the Australian financial year. I need the freelancer to obtain the API credentials and documentation, if necessary.

I am using geodirectory as the top level membership subscription includes a business listing. There are two subscription levels. One is $10 a year one is $85 a year. They both need to renew each year on 1st july regardless of when someone joins.

Key requirements for this project include:
- Subscription Availability: The subscription needs to be available for purchase all year round.

- Renewal Date: Regardless of the initial subscription date, all subscriptions need to renew on the 1st of July each year, in line with the Australian financial year.

- Notifications: An email notification system needs to be set up to alert subscribers when their subscription renewal is due on the 1st of June.

- Subscription Access: Upon successful subscription, the user should be granted full access to our services.

Ideal candidates for this project should have substantial experience in working with PayPal's API, setting up subscription services and implementing notification systems.
