I'm looking for an Angular developer with knowledge of API and Firebase to build the logic of a PWA.
The steps involved are described in the attached picture. Most of the HTML and the CSS part I can handle, so it's really just the logic.
Unfortunately budget is a big issue. So if you're experienced and have already a reputation, I probably won't be able to afford you.
And even if you need more information to provide an accurate estimate, please provide at least a ballpark when you contact me.
