I am seeking an experienced developer to create an AI-powered chatbot for my business, focusing on ease of document upload, training capabilities, and seamless integration with GoHighLevel CRM, websites, and text messaging. The chatbot should leverage OpenAI, Pinecone, and Langchain technologies to provide advanced retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) functionalities. I am open to other ideas for the RAG, but this should be a good starting point. The idea is to have the AI be a functioning member of the business, handling 70% of the problems and being able to set up call backs on the GoHighLevel calendar for staff to handle.
Key Requirements:
AI and Natural Language Processing:
Utilize OpenAI API for natural language processing.
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using Langchain and Pinecone for vector storage and retrieval.
Document Upload and Processing:
Enable business to upload various document formats (PDF, DOCX, etc.).
Extract text from uploaded documents and store in a retrievable format.
Allow training and teaching the chatbot based on uploaded documents and interactions with customers.
GoHighLevel CRM Integration:
Integrate with GoHighLevel CRM for logging interactions and updating customer data.
Automate sending text messages for missed calls and other communications.
User Interaction:
Remember users and personalize interactions based on previous conversations. Ideally it would collect name and phone number, so they can be logged in our GoHighLevel CRM.
Provide a web-based interface for users to interact with the chatbot.
Integrate with text messaging systems for seamless communication.
Deployment and Scalability:
Deploy the application on Heroku or a similar platform for scalability.
Ensure the application is secure and can handle multiple concurrent users.
Deliverables:
