Adding Link to Sold Out Button Shopify Galleria Theme (Requires Backend Coding)

Hi there,
I am a marketer who's taken on a website project for a Jewellery company in the UK. I've ran in to a couple of issues where I need backend help with code.
The first fix would be to add a link to the sold out / enquire now button on the product page. This will need to link to the contact us page.

As I move forward with the project there will be other tasks to do which will involve HTML CSS and backend development so I need someone who can do all of this whilst I work on design elements, wording and SEO tasks.
