ANIMATED WEBSITE (ELEMENTS) REQUIRED FOR NEW WEBSITE HOMEPAGE

I require a brilliant Developer that can design and develop a website that has animated elements on the homepage.the projwxg will be Laravel based and will kick off after this firstvstage of selecting who can hamdle the animated aite project.

- Homepage wll consist of a menu wheel that rolls when users hover on it. When a menu is selected, the colour at menu becomes the background colour of the page
User clicks and ghe oage diolys submenus that aee also animated as well.
Design is in Illustrator and interested developers are exoexted to show previous works that have animated homepages. This is Illustrator to HTML required.
Budget is a max $100 for the login page, main menu page and sub menu group.
