ACF Conditions & Filter Update

I need a quick round of WordPress tweaks that centre on Advanced Custom Fields. The PDF attached outlines the exact field keys and UI screenshots, but in short I want the current conditional logic adjusted—not replaced—so that existing fields appear or hide correctly under the new rules detailed in the doc. All data-entry screens must stay intuitive for editors once the logic is refreshed.

Next, I have to introduce a custom-field filter that lets the front-end feed pull only the records matching the criteria described in the PDF. The hook can live in either functions.php or a small must-use plugin; whichever keeps it upgrade-safe and easy to maintain is fine.

Lastly, the interactive map on the site needs new colour values. I’ve already provided the HEX codes and target regions inside the PDF, so the job is simply to update the palette and confirm the changes render on both desktop and mobile.

Deliverables
• Updated ACF JSON export (or PHP if you register fields in code) reflecting the revised conditional logic
• The new custom-field filter, cleanly commented, with any helper functions you add
• CSS/JS tweak—or Gutenberg block setting—showing the new map colours
• A brief change log so I can drop the work onto staging and test
