HR sales and marketing

I am seeking a professional to provide HR sales and marketing services (EDTECH STARTUP) to small businesses with an expected timeline of less than a month. In particular, I am looking to hire someone to assist with recruitment and hiring. This could include helping to define job roles, sourcing potential candidates, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. I am also looking for someone who can advise on trends in recruiting, compensation, employee engagement and retention, and training and development that would benefit small businesses. The successful candidate should have experience in the areas of HR sales and marketing and be comfortable working with small businesses.
