HR Recruiters Needed for ATS Client Acquisition

We are looking for experienced HR recruiters to help us acquire new clients for our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Your role will focus on reaching out to HR teams, hiring managers, and recruitment agencies, introducing our ATS solution, and generating qualified demos or interested leads.

Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential client companies that actively hire and could benefit from an ATS

Reach out via email, LinkedIn, or other professional channels using provided messaging frameworks

Present the value and key features of our ATS clearly and professionally

Schedule demos or calls for our internal team with interested prospects

Maintain clear records of outreach, responses, and follow-ups

Requirements:

Proven experience in HR recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR sales/outreach

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Comfortable with structured outreach, tracking, and reporting

Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently

Project details:

This is an ongoing, hourly project (2–8 USD/hr) with performance-based extensions.

You will work closely with our internal team and receive guidance, templates, and support.
