Hire Mid-Level Sales & Accountant
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m looking for HR PROFESSIONALS to bring two mid-level professionals on board—one focused on sales, the other on accounting—so I can keep growing the business without letting the back office or the pipeline slip.
Sales Scope
You’ll handle prospecting, lead qualification, follow-ups, and closing. I already have a CRM , and I expect it kept fully up to date. Each week I need a short pipeline summary, conversion stats, and any red-flag feedback you gather from the market.
Accounting Scope
I use ZOHOBOOKS Online and Google Sheets for monthly reporting. Your job is to keep the books reconciled, prepare invoices, track payables/receivables, and deliver a clean P&L plus balance sheet by the 5th business day each month. Familiarity with local tax rules is important; liaison with my external CPA happens quarterly.
How We’ll Work
• 100 % WFO,
• Initial three-month contract with the option to extend long-term
• Performance reviews every four weeks based on revenue targets (sales) and report accuracy/timeliness (accounting)
Deliverables
1. Sales: Updated CRM, weekly pipeline report, monthly revenue summary
2. Accounting: Reconciled ledgers, monthly financial package, quarterly compliance checklist
