Cleaning for a 2 bed 1 bath home, weekly 4-8 hrs a week. Prefer 2-3 times a week if possible?

Single mother looking for help around the house 2-3 times a week up to 8 hrs total in a week. Things like organizing is must, dishes is top priority though, laundry, mopping/sweeping, and cat litter box cleaning. Just need to catch up on some thing like dishes, and organize the second room, it just gets overwhelming being a single mom with two toddlers and would like someone to help me out during the week so it’s not so hectic when I’m alone. Seems like when I get behind on the dishes I can never get them done especially.
