Pack and clean

Looking for someone to thoroughly pack and clean an open-floor basement apartment. This will require the removal of trash and junk. I am disabled so I can not lift anything so I will need someone with their own truck to take trash to dump. I only require the small stuff and clothes to be packed up at this time. No moving of furniture necessary at this time. I have a vacuum but would like someone who can provide their own cleaning supplies. I need someone quick and efficient.
