One-time House Cleaner for 1 Bed 1 Bath Apartment (w/ 2 cats)
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
Hi there :) Looking for someone who can clean our apartment unit—we're located on the second floor of a home and I'd say it's roughly 600 sqft. It would be sweeping and mopping the floors, dusting, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen (don't worry about the stove), giving things a wipe down (ex. tables, mirrors, counters, etc.), and cleaning our cats' litter box (we clean it every week, but once a month we like to empty out the litter and use cleaners (scrubbing bubbles and bleach) to wash the lid and the bottom in the shower—pretty straight forward, haha. We’ll empty the old litter before you arrive and add the new litter when you're done, so don’t worry about that).
My partner and I are a young couple who work long hours and both have ADHD, so cleaning can be quite difficult to concentrate on completing. The place (other than the bathroom and the kitchen) isn't very messy (we're not hoarders or anything lol) we just need someone to refresh the place :)
We do have two cats—one with short hair and one with long hair, so please note this (don't leave the front door open and you can't be allergic lol, I wouldn't want you to have a reaction). We can really only afford $70-$100 max, so we just ask you to be efficient and professional with the time we can afford?
