North Carolina Home & Pet Care
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
My three-bedroom home in North Carolina will sit empty for several stretches this year, so I need dependable hands on-site to keep everything running smoothly. The core duties are straightforward:
• Cleaning and general upkeep inside the house—dusting, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and making sure appliances and HVAC remain in good working order.
• Daily pet care for one friendly dog and an older cat: feeding, fresh water, short walks, litter scooping, and plenty of attention.
• Light gardening—watering beds and pots, mowing the small lawn, and basic pruning so the yard still looks lived-in.
I’m flexible about whether you stay overnight or drop in; what matters is that the pets and property receive consistent care. We can agree on a schedule that works for both of us, whether that becomes daily visits or a mix of overnight stays and quick check-ins.
To help me feel at ease while I’m away, I’d like photo or video updates after each visit, plus a brief weekly summary of any maintenance issues you spot. If you can troubleshoot minor fixes (a leaky tap, replacing an air-filter) that’s a bonus—larger repairs would be escalated to me.
Please send details of your relevant experience with homes, pets, and gardens, along with two references I can call. Background checks are welcomed. Let me know your proposed availability dates and your rate structure (e.g., per visit vs. weekly flat fee). I’m ready to choose quickly so the first hand-off goes smoothly.
