Needed: Household & Garden Cleaner
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
As titled, need a household cleaner preferrable someone who can speak Mandarine/Chinese. The candidate needs to have an ABN and who can work every two weeks.
Main tasks are vaccum&mop floors, clean windows, marks from door and walls, kitchen, bathroom and dust tables and shelves. Mow the lawn (fortnightly in summer and monthly in winter), spray herbicide when needed and tidy up the garden. Garden tools (electrical) will be provided. $200-250+GST/ day for an individual.
