Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need my home’s kitchen and two bathrooms cleaned to a spotless, hotel-ready finish. All food-prep surfaces, appliances, tiles, fixtures, and floors should look and feel fresh when you leave.
Please plan to:
• Wipe and sanitize countertops, cabinet fronts, and appliance exteriors
• Degrease the stovetop and clean inside the microwave
• Scrub and disinfect sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs
• Polish mirrors and chrome fixtures so they’re streak-free
• Sweep, vacuum if needed, and mop all hard floors
• Empty the trash and leave the rooms smelling neutral and clean
Bring your own professional-grade, eco-friendly products and tools; water and power are available on site. Access can be arranged any morning next week, and the whole task should fit comfortably within a three-hour window.
Once finished, a quick walk-through with me will confirm everything meets the agreed standard, at which point the job is considered complete and ready for release of payment.
