Responsibilities:
* Perform basic cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
* Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens.
* Empty trash cans and replace liners.
* Make beds and change linens.
* Perform deep cleaning tasks such as scrubbing floors, cleaning appliances, dusting, cleaning walls and washing windows.
* Follow specific cleaning instructions and client preferences.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Communicate effectively with clients and address any concerns or requests.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in cleaning residential and/or commercial spaces.
* Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Reliable transportation to job sites.
Compensation:
* Basic Cleans: $23 per hour
* Deep Cleans: $30 per hour
