End of lease clean
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm looking for a freelancer to provide a one-time end of lease clean. (small unit with 3 beds 1 bath no garage) My requirements are:
- Cleaning of Kitchen: Oven racks (rest of oven already clean), stove top & rangehood, counter tops, sinks, inside of cabinets, ceiling fan and floors.
- Cleaning of Bathrooms: Toilet, shower, sink, and floor.
- Clean floors, doors & walls (including light switches/power points & skirting boards): vacuum and mop flooring & spot-clean walls for any finger prints/scuff marks.
General:
- Window cleaning (including fly screens & sliding doors) for all areas.
- Air conditioning unit: wipe out air-con unit for any dust
- Dusting for any cobwebs, dusting light fittings
- Air vents: all air vents vacuumed/wiped for dust
The ideal candidate will have:
- Attention to detail and respect for the property.
- Own cleaning supplies, including equipment for window cleaning.
- Availability to complete this project in the next two days
