The work covers all common areas, yet the living room must always receive extra care so it is spotless for family and guests. You bring your own basic tools—broom, mop, bucket, mild floor detergent—and work for about an hour at roughly the same time each day; we can agree on the schedule together.
What matters most is consistency: no missed days, no lingering dust under the furniture, and a freshly mopped finish that dries streak-free.
