HomeKit & LIFX System Fix

My Apple Home setup in San Francisco needs a seasoned HomeKit and LIFX troubleshooter. The house already has multiple LIFX bulbs tied to Apple TV and HomePod hubs, along with several scenes and automations. Right now the lights refuse to respond, scenes never trigger, and every automation fails. I have restarted all devices, verified the network, and even reset a few configurations—no luck.

The goal is a reliable, fully functional system without ripping out hardware that already lives here. I need a thorough onsite diagnostic, clear identification of root causes, and a plan to restore dependable control.
