Need to help a hoarder donate items

My mother is a hoarder. I have gotten her to agree to get rid of a substantial amount of items, but they must be donated (she is unwilling to let them be thrown out). Need someone to help with basically assembling items, itemizing & estimating FMV, creating a list, and possibly donating these items.
