I need a quick mock up for split level exterior remodel

Hi! I'm interersted in buying a split level home. The interior is lovely, but the exterior is extremely dated and has no curb appeal whatsoever. It's brick and old style stucco. I'm thinking board & batten over the stucco and painting all one colour??? New front door? Will eventually change windows. The front steps and raised garden beds on either side of door were recently done and are in great condition so I would like to keep that. I'm thinking about painting the screened in back porch white? Just need some quick mocks (no 3D stuff) up as I'm having a hard time visualizing its potential and deciding if I should purchase this house!!
