I need a designer-architect-new porch
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
Replace the canopy entrance, front door and garage door and build a toilet.
I would like to build out the front door entrance into and under a new styled canopy (only small overhang as using the footage) to bring light and space into the hallway. Plus build a toilet to the left of the front door entrance along the length of the wall.
Garage will also need to tie into the front door design.
Style: ideally in keeping with the house but looking to maximize light, space and security.
Either modern composite or timber.
Understand structural work will be required on the current front door to open up entrance.
Front door with two full length windows either side if possible
