I need help with a Local Needs application for Louth County Council. I have all of the required documents and now I need a sketch of the house we're planning on building. We want it very simple, 1 & a half story with a large feature window 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms and maybe a 1 car garage attached. Roughly 2000sq ft or less.
