I have a rendering project

I have an existing commercial building that is approximately 440' long by 75' wide that I would like to show an existing tenant what we would plan on doing for a proposed build-out project. I only need to show the left side and the front for the rendering. In the rendering, I would want to show the left side without the trees that are in the attached pic and with new paint and the company's name/logo painted on that side. For the front, I would want to add some storefront glass and doors at the left side, remove the two existing loading docks and add a double loading dock in the center of the building by the existing garage doors. The front would also show a nice parking lot with some activity. The roof would show a new metal roof and the building would be painted gray with a blue stripe to match their logo.
