Re-draw a floorplan

I am looking for a freelancer to re-draw a floorplan for a real estate listing, as per the sample floorplan provided, including the style of furniture, floor coverings etc. The ideal candidate should have experience in interior design and be able to highlight furniture layout in the floorplan, as per the sample plan provided. I would also like to include landscaping in green. The final output should be in JPEG format.

The floorplan to be redrawn is the one in the brochure.
