Victorian-Modern Home Redesign

My Victorian home now includes a modern extension, and the kitchen, dining and living areas need a unified look that respects the period character while feeling fresh and contemporary. The goal is a fully detailed design package I can hand straight to my builder.

What I need from you
– Several concept schemes that merge Victorian detailing with clean-lined modern elements so I can compare approaches before committing.
– Photorealistic renders for each approved scheme showing cabinetry, finishes, lighting and furnishings in situ.
– A complete sourcing sheet with clickable links to Australian retail suppliers for every specified product (fixtures, fittings, paint colours, floor coverings, furniture and décor).
– Finalised drawings or annotated elevations that my trades can follow, including ceiling mouldings or other architectural features where relevant.

I will supply existing plans, dimensions and site photographs as soon as the project starts. If anything is missing, just let me know and I’ll arrange it quickly.
