Two-Story Garage Addition and Garage Eyebrow.
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm looking to add a two-story garage and an eyebrow/shed above my current garages.
* Garage: Looking to add a third garage that is scaled just slightly smaller (height and depth only) than the current scale of the house, there is an example. I don't need to huge pass through from the current garage, but maybe an opening the width of the two existing windows. Second floor would open into existing finished space above current two garages (FROG).
* Existing Garage Eyebrow: We want to add an eyebrow/shed above the two existing and the new garages, with can lights, to make that elevation move interesting and also provide some rain protection.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Design work to blend into current design, but make more esthetically pleasing. HOA will need to approve, so important to make this all look seamless and attractive for an upscale neighborhood in low country SC.
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations for SC
Please provide an estimate for full design working including all interior and exterior drawings and renderings for ARB submission, contractor bidding and local permits.
