I'm seeking a creative and experienced architect to design a small, efficient home in the style of tropical Thai Balinese. The design will incorporate non-load bearing Hempcrete blocks, ideally suited for the hot and humid conditions of the Thai countryside.
Key Features:
- Size: The footprint should be under 500 square feet, with a layout that maximizes space and functionality.
- Kitchenette: A small, but fully functional outdoor kitchen
- Outdoor Living: Expansive, usable outdoor living space.
- Open Sky Bathroom: An outdoor bathroom with a shower area and tub, designed to be open to the sky.
- No Garage: The design should not include a garage.
- Open Concept: An open-plan layout with the kitchen, study, and two bedrooms.
- Cooling: The home should utilize innovative cooling methods, including a cooled tile floor and cooling elements in the walls.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
