Traditional Cafe Exterior Design

We are hoping for something quick and simple on a budget - to help attract an investor. The project is for a cafe in a traditional rural village and the idea is to design a plan of what the property could look like to highlight the potential of the space and location. I have attached a set of photos of the current state of the property and another set of photos for reference which show the feel we would like to achieve. Applicants can simply create over an existing photo or design something from scratch - whatever is cheapest and easiest.

The design should incorporate parking area, shaded outdoor seating, greenery and a herb garden.
