Sonoma Property Permit Site Plan

I’m preparing a building-permit package for my residential property in Sonoma, CA and I need a code-compliant site plan that will sail through the county review.

I have a full set of drawings missing the proper site plan. Will send the full set once awarded.
Plan must meet the requirement of the city as per the attached letter.

I want a reasonable time frame for completion and a short turn around time for correction of mistakes or city corrections. $200 upon completion of submittable drawings and the final balance of $200 upon city approval.
Scope
• Capture every existing and proposed residential structure—main house, accessory dwelling, garage pad, utility runs, driveways, and grading contours—with correct setbacks and a north arrow at an appropriate scale.
• Layer in detailed landscaping: planting schedule (species, quantities, and sizes), irrigation layout, hardscape materials, and notes that satisfy Sonoma County’s Water-Efficient Landscape Ordinance.
• Show property boundaries, easements, drainage flow, and any required fire-access or defensible-space clearances.

Deliverables
1. Permit-ready PDF (24”×36” preferred) stamped with scale and legend
2. Editable CAD file (.dwg or .dxf) with organized layers
3. One round of revisions included to accommodate county comments

Acceptance Criteria
• Meets Sonoma County building and landscape code requirements
• Graphic clarity at 1" = 20' (or county-approved alternative)
• All dimensions and call-outs legible when printed full size
