Smart home planning

I am looking for an experienced Freelancer to help me plan and design a smart home featuring lighting capabilities with the latest technology. The project should be completed in the next 1-4 weeks. I am open to suggestions when it comes to the brand of components used in the project. It is important that the smart home be functional and able to provide quality lighting, security, and thermostat features throughout. This project will require research, planning, design and implementation of the system. If you have experience in designing and installing a smart home system, you should be considered for this project. I am open to hearing your ideas and suggestions, as well as discussing the best way to go about completing this project successfully and in the given timeframe.
Prepare a full plan for smart home system for a residential villa under construction and create a drawing showing all the preparation needed for installing the system including cabling, electrical…etc.
Architectural and other designs will be provided when needed
