Hi, looking for initial drawings based on the attached free hand sketches. Looking for advise on whether the designs make sense. There is a small slope which we hope will allow for a walkout. We live in New Brunswick, Canada. Ideally, the drawings just need to be enough for our builder to be able to quote us a price and then we would come back with any changes. The property is water facing.
