I'm seeking a skilled designer to increase the functionality of my home.
Key areas for improvement:
- Kitchen: Redesign for better workflow and usability.
- Entrance: Redesign for improved accessibility and functionality.
- Lowering the enterance and kitchen floor by 700mm: Modernising the front porch. This is a structural change that needs to be integrated into the design. Recess the kitchen space back to the stairway wall increasing the area in the kitchen
