OPAS PLACE

I am looking to build a modern industrial style cabin on a 700 foot cliff overlooking the KY river. The building will be 26'x24' single slope building with a 26' x 20' porch/balcony hanging over the cliff, last 4' canterlevered. Front of the single slope building with be 18', the rear of the building facing the cliff will be 24'. It will be built out of large wooden posts and wooden beams. It will be skinned in Black metal. The interior will have a loft bedroom with a spiral staircase and the down stairs will have a mini second bedroom inspired by a micro hotel I stayed in at the Frankfort Germany airport. The rear wall will have 12 3'x6' windows and 2 all glass garage doors, 9'x8', I plan on incorporating a 2 foot overhang on the roof on 3 sides and the rear side will have an 4 foot overhang.
