Need architect to make blue prints for 2 story 1000 sq ft house.

Hello,

I am looking for a quote to get full blueprints made for a 2 story ~1000 sqft house. Am also happy to provide blue prints for alterations. Would love a loft and high vaulted ceilings. Would like 3 bedrooms, sauna, room for washer/dryer (with table for folding), 2 full bath. I would not like a garage. I would like to explore the idea of a fireplace (but am not settled depending on cost).

I love board games and playing piano so would love high ceilings for the piano to echo through. Also would like some storage space for ski's and skates. I love entertaining in the kitchen and like the idea of a elevated island for breakfast seating.

I also love this floor plan but the roofing is too much and the kitchen is too small. I am looking also for a slab foundation, not a crawl space.
