Need an architect for a diy hybrid build of a storm proof home in rural area.

Hybrid build utilizing 2x2x5 foot concrete blocks, 1 story rural area mostly diy multii generational +/- 4 thousand square foot build, flat roof. Building to be fortified with safe rooms in 2 wings, using as many off grid and low energy processes to incorporate into a family legacy home. Violent weather in spring and high ground build necessitates need for ultra strong build with these 2800 lb blocks. Blocks are 5 foot long and shorter as needed. Final home elevation to take on modified southwest adobe style home.
