I am looking to renovate a great room that has become very outdated. The goal is to transform licving area into functional spaces with a modern aesthetic and flow.

1. ***Updating Areas***: The following areas of my home need renovation: Great room that includes the dining, kitchen and bar area, sunroom and deck.
2. ***Renovation Purpose***: Home was damaged by tornado. Want to take opportunity to update outdated features and creating more of a flow while we have a "blank slate" and while contractors are available.
3. ***Preferred Style***: I am aiming for a modern feel, but want to connect with the outdoors, including a river view.
