3D Modeling for Interior and Exterior Design – Bathrooms, Terraces, Entrance, and Storage
Budget: ₹250,000 – ₹500,000 INR
I am looking for an experienced 3D designer to create realistic visualizations based on existing 2D plans and photos of the current space. The goal is to produce detailed renders for:
• 4 bathrooms
• Outdoor terraces (with and without a lili pound)
• Mudroom
The 3D desired style is modern chic, inspired by Australian design, using high-quality materials suitable for a tropical climate.
Project Requirements:
✅ The renders must be precise and strictly follow my instructions.
✅ Strict deadline compliance – each task will be validated through a milestone system.
✅ Only apply if you have the technical skills and experience required. If you lack expertise in interior design, tropical materials, and high-quality 3D modeling, please do not submit a proposal.
✅ The final delivery must include high-resolution visuals and source files if necessary.

The client is of Chinese and French origin but lives in Australia. He has very good taste and enjoys a chic, classy, and high-quality atmosphere.
- 3D Outside bathroom : (brown)
Propose to keep the room as it is but change the flooring, countertops, install a sink, replace the walk-in shower, add mechanical ventilation, change the sanitary fixtures, and update the lighting. Propose full-height tiling in light tones.
- 3D Share bathroom (-1)
This room could become completely open, break down the partitions, and enlarge the sink area with modern sinks. Install a walk-in shower and a toilet. Add a glass partition. Remove the windows that face a crawl space without lighting, and add glass blocks, and most importantly, install a proper mechanical ventilation system (VMC). Propose full-height tiling in light tones.
- 3D Blue bathroom (-1)
Change the glazing to have a view of the bay, and perhaps even enlarge the window in height. Remove the bathtub to install a walk-in shower and add a glass partition between the shower and the sinks. Position sinks on a countertop and add a second shelf underneath. Also, change the mirror. Redo all the tiling on the floor and walls. Replace the toilet but keep the room closed off
- 3D White bathroom (-2)
The white bathroom is quite complex. We could open up the shower or reverse the shower and the toilet. It’s a confined space that needs to be opened up. Also, propose two sinks and two shelves. Change the mirror, as well as the tiling and lighting. Use a light tone because there is little natural light and few openings.

The current terrace with its black tiling and wooden railings doesn’t work. We need to propose glass railings to avoid obstructing the view and light-colored tiling. In this first option, we will keep the lily pound, so I suggest using a tile called French Travertine with different tile sizes. Propose this around the pool and on the terrace.
- 3D Outside terrace without lili pound
Instead of the lily pond, create a terrace. Install beige tiles of the same dimensions all around the terrace and glass railings.
- 3D Mudroom
Instead of the sink and washing machine in this back kitchen, which serves as the entrance for the owners, I would like to create a space with a vintage rectangular porcelain sink. A full-length mirror, shoe storage, a bench to sit on for putting on shoes, coat hooks, and some additional storage. All of this in a chic Australian style.
This also implies the possibility of changes; 1 to 2, depending on the client’s wishes. And if the project goes well, it will be necessary to create several other spaces for the same house.
Project to be finish for Friday 4 th of April or I need to stop the project.
