Looking for experience designer for interior and exterior realistic design for home that is currently being built
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Hello,
We are looking for an experience designer who can design basically the interior and exterior of the house (is about 5000sqf) condominium on a 20,000 sqf lot with about 30 houses total (you would only design my house).
You would also need to specify what type of decoration and furniture you used and must be available within my country (Colombia) or can be from amazon or alibaba with prices and quantities needed for the space. The house would have the following:
- 5 bed rooms (1 bedroom dedicated to 2 maids)
- 3 car garage
- Storage room
- Machinery room
- Gym/Play room
- Hometheater/Studio room
- Living Room
- Kitchen
- Terrace
- Infinity Pool
- Swimming Deck Patio
- 6 bathrooms
- Laundry room
Most of the decoration and furniture should come for the following two sites:

There is also some concepts done for my particular house (like placement of some lights) which must be used in your design which I will give to you if your hired for the job.

All houses exterior are uniformed, so the outside exterior of the house finishes can not be changed. It also has uniform fencing.

We are also wanting a very exotic garden/exterior decoration. The fencing can also be decorated to be covered so neighbors won’t be able to see us.
How would we like our house design?
We want it to feel like we are on a luxury yacht/hotel with very high modern finishes like these:

Jacuzzi for the master bathroom (the exterior of the jacuzzi can be redesign if needed but the shape/size is same.
Toilet for all 6 bathrooms.
6x home theater chairs (the exact color as the image) for the home theater/studio room
Pump it up dance machine for the playroom
